Admin & HR Officer (Mostly WFH)

Makati Business Club is hiring an Admin and HR Officer with the following responsibilities in the midst of its recent and continuing expansion:
Responsibilities
- Assist Executive Director and Senior Director with meetings, other internal activities.
- Assist with HR, including recruitment, development, work conditions/work-life balance.
- Track and follow-up assignments. Other admin functions.
- Organize database and other records.
Qualifications
- Organization and time management skills. Initiative.
- HR or EA experience a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- College graduate. Business- related or HR degree a plus.
- At least 2 years work experience.
- Owning pets is a plus.
