Philippine Skills Framework (PSF) Facilitators
Makati Business Club is looking for Facilitators to lead the workshops for electronics to develop the Philippine Skills Framework (PSF) for Manufacturing. The facilitators will be working with a young, fun, and dynamic staff on a hybrid set-up.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate a Validation Workshop which will consist of electronics experts called validators who will validate/verify the PSF for electronics
- Each facilitator will facilitate one track per validation workshop
- The facilitator shall guide the validators through the draft of the PSF, for them to voice out and express their opinions on the various maps and documents of each Draft.
- The facilitator draws out validators and prompts them to validate (i.e., judge the relevance, accuracy, and adaptability to the PH setting) the first draft of the PSF. This will be done per document of the Draft PSF, which was worked on by the Contextualizers. At the end of the Validation Workshops, the Facilitator will work with his/her partner-Scribe to produce the second and third drafts of the PSF.
- Attend the training workshop on Skills Framework
- Facilitate 1 session during the 1st validation workshop and another session during the 2nd validation workshop
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent relevant working experience in facilitation and workshop management.
- Strong attention to detail, proficiency in documentation, and organizational skills
