Philippine Skills Framework (PSF) Scribe

Makati Business Club is looking for four (4) Scribes to document the workshops conducted while developing the Philippine Skills Framework (PSF) for Manufacturing. The scribes will be working with a young, fun, and dynamic staff on a hybrid set-up.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Document a Validation Workshop consisting of industry experts (validators) who will
  • review and validate the Philippine Skills Framework (PSF) drafts.
  • Share on-screen documents (maps, drafts, and other framework-related materials) during the session as the facilitator guides the discussions.
  • Real-time editing of documents during the validation workshop to capture comments and feedback from validators, contextualizers, and other participants as discussions unfold.
  • Accurately document minutes, decisions, and action items from all meetings and workshops, ensuring comprehensive records of key points, discussions, and feedback.
  • Assist in managing and organizing project documents, including drafts, feedback, and final versions. Ensure that documents are updated and accessible to team members.
  • Attend a training workshop on Skills Frameworks to prepare for the role.
Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent relevant working experience in facilitation and workshop management.
  • Strong attention to detail, proficiency in documentation, and organizational skills
