Membership & Events Officer
Makati Business Club is looking for a Membership & Events Officer who will help us uphold our engagements with our stakeholders. This is a regular position, and the Officer will be working with a young, fun, and dynamic staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
Membership Recruitment and Engagement.
Assist in membership recruitment efforts, promoting benefits to attract new members.
Drive engagement through personalized outreach, targeted initiatives, and programs that address members’ needs. Collaborate with other teams to create initiatives that foster strong member connections.
Update of membership and engagement database.
Event Management
Assist in event execution by assisting with program development, coordinating with speakers and partners
Managing and monitoring event invitations and reminders and overseeing logistics
Generate post event report for partners and analyze the event feedback forms received
Update the attendance summary report and members engagement sheet
Other assignments from the Membership and Events Head
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years in event coordination, stakeholder engagement, or program management.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for fostering leadership development, gender equity, and global innovation.
- Experience working with high-level executives or C-suite leaders is highly preferred.
