Admin & HR Officer (Mostly WFH)

Makati Business Club is hiring an Admin and HR Officer with the following responsibilities in the midst of its recent and continuing expansion:

Responsibilities
  • Assist Executive Director and Senior Director with meetings, other internal activities.
  • Assist with HR, including recruitment, development, work conditions/work-life balance.
  • Track and follow-up assignments. Other admin functions.
  • Organize database and other records.
Qualifications
  • Organization and time management skills. Initiative.
  • HR or EA experience a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • College graduate. Business- related or HR degree a plus.
  • At least 2 years work experience.
  • Owning pets is a plus.
