APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) Philippines

The APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) Philippines is the country’s member in ABAC, the business arm of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) organization. ABAC participates in APEC’s work of opening up trade and investment in Asia and the Americas. This includes joining APEC’s annual Senior Officials Meeting and Ministerial Meeting and meeting with APEC leaders at their annual year-end summit. Alongside this, ABAC Philippines also advises the Philippine government on a range of issues. MBC serves as ABAC PH secretariat and provides administrative services.
