Adopt-a-Cooperative Program for Rice Cooperatives in Luzon
The Makati Business Club (MBC) is inviting rice cooperatives in Luzon to apply for our Adopt-a-Cooperative Program. This program is part of MBC’s efforts to help farmers earn more and build stronger, more sustainable cooperatives.

DETAILS OF THE APPLICATION
We are looking for rice farmer cooperatives in Luzon that:
- Operates within the range of 35-50 hectares in size
- Have been operating for at least five (5) years
- Has a clear leadership structure (i.e. management team, board of directors).
- Are engaged in rice production, processing, or marketing with potential to grow.
- Are willing to share financial records for assessment (at least 3 consecutive financial statements)
- Are committed to improving product quality, sustainability, and market reach.
MBC, together with its partners like NATCCO, will provide a comprehensive assessment to identify the cooperative’s strengths, opportunities, challenges, and initial support needs.

- Your cooperative’s history and activities.
- Your leadership structure.
- What products or services you offer to your members.
- Your vision for growth.
- The main challenges you are facing and the kind of support you need.
