Troll farms, social media disinformation and cyberterrorism — all tools of the digital era — are used to spread an “infodemic” to weaken the validity of facts and democratic institutions.
Commended the Supreme Court for a decision that stressed that arrests made on the basis of warrantless searches based on anonymous tips are invalid.
03 August 2020 – The impacts of COVID-19 are exacerbated for women simply by virtue of their gender. Women’s economic empowerment has been hard-hit because women represent 90% of workers in highly-affected sectors such as care and apparel.
