World Bicycle Day: Bridging Advocacy and Action
Makati Business Club, in partnership with the Embassy of the Netherlands and Ayala Foundation, celebrated World Bicycle Day with a discussion on the Dutch film “Why We Cycle” and how the private sector can help achieve more bike-friendly cities, as well as the official launch of the “Wheels For Work” donation drive. The event was “World Bicycle Day: Bridging Advocacy and Action.”
FYI on FOI Business Workshop
Makati Business Club and the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), along with the Legal Management Council of the Philippines, recently held the “FYI on FOI Workshop” for executives and corporate lawyers. The participants represent companies from the construction, manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries, as well as civil society organizations.
