MBC Holds Roundtable Discussion on Right of Way Issues
January 31, MBC organized a round table discussion with key players in the infrastructure industry to discuss possible solutions to Right of Way (RoW) issues faced by various projects. Rules on negotiated sales, guidelines for expropriation proceedings, budgetary appropriation for RoW acquisition, and the benefit of having an infrastructure czar to ensure implementation were among the topics discussed during the meeting.
MBC organized the roundtable to gather issues and recommendations to strengthen individual and common advocacy on ROW, to boost infrastructure, fuel economic growth, and accelerate job creation.
